Just for reference: It would only take 2.5 Billion shares bought and added to the O/S in the .004 range to add up to the $10 Million target dollar amount. Just Say'n

Over 2.8 Billion PMCM shares were traded today alone!

Again, this can't occur, at a minimum, until the 20 days have lapsed.
