PRAN—my big problem with the trial is the rate of decline in the placebo group. The progression of Huntington’s can take 10 to 20 years. I am amazed the placebo group declined so rapidly in just six months.

Someone just asked a related question on the PRAN CC; the PRAN speaker said the decline rate from 12 weeks to 26 weeks was within normal bounds.

Also, someone asked why no benefit relative to placebo was seen in the Trailmaking Part A test; the answer was that the Part A test, which does not alternate between numbers and letters, is much less demanding than the Part B test, which does.
