I couldn't disagree more either factually or perceptually. Factually if I have 1,000,000 shares of stock @ 0001 and a r/s of 1 for 1000 comes along I now have 1,000 shares of that same stock (keep in mind we are talking about a developing business here not a revenue producer therefore the costs continue to climb and that requires the continuous demand for cash)....

as we have seen with QBID the stock ran down from 028 to 0001 because of the continued issuance of shares BUT we all hold our original amount of shares. In the case of the r/s company we go all the way down to 0001 with less shares.

Now this is where the difference comes in. If a company does get revenue opportunities they buy the shares off the market and we're STILL holding our original shares whereas the r/s company buys and we're holding 1000 shares....

big difference to me, very big
