oops- sorry, I meant Goldseeker.

Its easy to confuse the two. Anyway, how do you account for the fact Dougie Mac signed (as CEO) the 8k-A dated 6/18/13, when Goldseeker is claiming he resigned as CEO much earlier than that?

Someone is wrong, and its not the 8k-A.
