And all the downticks today were cause by 100 share sell trades. Thus creating HUGE accumulation at this price. Im not just blowing hot air. Just putting things together and making an educated guess. And being optimistic is should be okay when youre trying to win some $$$. Or do you go to the casino, put your bet down and frown and curse the table prior to seeing if you won or not?

Ive been following the trading activity of PVEC and its a typical price manipulation. with a little news, they would not be able to keep a grasp on the price, and with so much volume accumulated at this level, it will blow up, skyrocket, leave the train station, etc.. just an optimitic way of saying its going to go up.

And since the company wanted all shareholders to submit their information by close today, it makes it VERY LIKELY that they want to give us some news after close today or before open tomorrow. Its not 100% but its a good hint.
