Of course someone is trying to suppress the stick price. Who sells 400 shares at a time of a 4-6 cent stock. The transaction cost is almost as much a the stock value. These types of sales have happened routinely this year.

And the other question still unanswered, if ever, who was dumping the millions of shares last week at 4 cents? Someone was making some kind of play with that, IMO.
