SiriCOMM Completes $5.4 Million Private Placement Financing of Common Stock and Warrants

Proceeds to Fund Acceleration of Installation and Expansion of Key Strategic Initiatives

SiriCOMM, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SIRC), an applications service provider and nationwide broadband wireless network operator serving the highway transportation industry, today announced that it has completed a private placement of SiriCOMM common stock and warrants that totals approximately $5.4 million. Sanders Morris Harris Group, a financial services holding company headquartered in Houston, Texas was the exclusive placement agent for the financing.

Hank Hoffman, President and CEO of SiriCOMM, commented on the private placement by saying, "We are pleased with the confidence and support this quality group of investors has shown in SiriCOMM through their participation in this financing. This investment is a vote of confidence that will strengthen our efforts over the long term and continue our growing position within the marketplace."

Proceeds from the financing will be used to expand SiriCOMM's nationwide network of SiriCOMM Wi-Fi Hot Spots and to accelerate software development and sales and marketing initiatives. As the largest supplier of Wi-Fi services to the trucking industry, SiriCOMM is currently completing network installations at each of the 118 Love's Travel Stops. The Company is also preparing for the introduction its suite of fleet productivity applications and other services that target the commercial trucking market.

Terms and conditions of the financing are included in a Form 8K, which the company previously filed.
