The company is in the process of filing

its new name with the state of Nevada, transfer agent and Finra.

It ain't rocket science. A new FINRA ticker takes 2-3 days. Most likely the same for a State of Nevada name change. However, announcing a name change, and then having it occur within a few days would take all the excitement out of it for the penny market. Much too short a time for the insiders to dump all the shares they wish to dump. That's really the key question: How far along are the insiders in their dump? Volume plus a PPS going nowhere or down suggests - not yet!

So what's in a name? Other than the magic fad word "Bakken". Where one has a "Bakken" named oil (not gold) company holding a non-Bakken, non-producing lease in Utah. A company whose only source of revenue is selling more shares to the market. A company whose balance sheet bleeds red, with insufficient financing to develop any oil lease, much less one of no value in Utah.

Make sure you're playing with house money, when the SEC shows up. But first you need for the insiders to complete the dump, without depleting the Retail pool of buyers. GL
