I Imagine the storefront was shut down. I live up north. Every county in CA has their own regulation.
When RAIDS shut down clubs or the country intervenes before that; a collective loses a lot. Including storefront. HOWEVER i believe that the collective maintains their PATIENTS COLLECTIVE LIST. WHICH ALLOWS FOR MASSSSS PRODUCTION. YOU SEE, you can GROW ALOT of MARIJUANA in the MOUNTAINS under a COLLECTIVE , and once regulation opens back up STOREFRONT OPENS BACK UP
