...TWO CLARIFICATIONS.......................................

...1) BK forfeits all tax declarations - that's why we waited and filed the amended returns in TY2012 and then filed BK in 2012 - - and received the $4.4MM refund - capturing most of the NOL's;

...2) the 832,000 shares of FCNCA = $187-million (not $18-million)............no other comment on fcnca or frankie......

....................and no other comments............
