and a big part of the reason for this is that newbies dont have the confidence of many "longs", and are only willing to get in low for a potential flip...and the "longs" that are averaging down want in as low as possible as well to bring their commitment to a more "reasonable" level
the above happens quite often with these plays, and the longer the SP stays down, the more uneasy everyone becomes because they start to question the "fundamentals", and who really owns what...and a non-responsive TA caps it off
meanwhile, the divi is getting slaughtered as well, and its only been a month+-
this may be part of the reason
