at this point, it has not been pulled off the grays but honestly that means jack, I can name many tickers that were obvious, flagrant scams (Supatcha comes to mind..) that are still trading to this day, years later. Means F all. And there was a fool on that one who showed up everyday, claiming of "big things to come" for years, think he finally gave up after 3-4 years.
So we see nothing besides hot air from both directions, till there's "something", which by the way it looks is a very, very, very long shot and it is really reaching to think otherwise.
Yeah J3 is doing big things. But Jim hasn't followed through on $HIT. Nothing. No MSE deal, no fins, no proxy, no acquisition. 0/4 and that's not counting a couple of dozen other failures. His "I will fix this on my time, but only on my time" excuse is a narcissistic joke at this point, reeks of unprofessionalism and guess what time is ticking every day. His word means NADA at this point, i.e. see previous PRs, complete lack of communication, etc. On top of all that, he seems to be associated with quite a few shady characters (Beloyan, et all) and even his most dedicated cronies that were pumping here non stop with retarded one liners have now conveniently changed their tune.
So let's say J3 is profitable, is he gonna dilute the private corp by X factors to get a bunch of GTGP shareholders squared even years later? I dunno bout that one. I'm sure Jim has a couple of tricks up his sleeve, to take care of him and his own, and there's a good chance he'll figure out something to leave the little guys stranded. It's how our society functions, and it's the name of the game - let's not kid ourselves. When I hear "Honest" "hardluck Jim" it makes me want to puke. Lionizing and idolizing these CEOs is pathetic and probably some type of psychological delusion/disorder.
Honestly the thing that baffles me is wondering why even release the proxy / acquisition PR, and for that matter, why the whole "I'm the CEO I accept responsibility... spiel and promising to fins, etc. etc. - just to jerk shareholders chains a little bit more? Who the F knows, psychopaths/sociopaths tend to have a different M.O. than most of us. Again, till it's proven otherwise its just hot air.
