Souza, I believe you are right.

This example may be correct then.........
400k shares divided by 1000 = 400 shares X bouse 28.82 =
11,528 shares of Bouse with the spin. Or alternately,
400K gwgo shares X 28.82 divided by 1000 = 11,528 shares bouse.

This is interesting for sure. I unfortunately feel a r/s coming on. Just my opinion. The other thing, what's this going to cost us in conversions and such. I don't know how much scottrade charges to liquidate certs either. Heavy questions.
