Absolutely not TRUE. In June we were selling at .19. SCRC then SLOWLY went up to .68 on July 8TH. The pump then started, and on July 11th we hit a high of 1.05, and closed at .97. That was the pump with over a million shares traded. On July 12th we closed at .41 cents, that was the dump. Again with over a million shares traded. No way was it for sixteen days.

Not always. It is actually quite common for promotions to last a long time, anywhere from weeks to months in addition to quick 2-3 day blitzkriegs; it all depends upon what the company has paid for -- or in situations where the company did not sanction the promotion, the duration depends upon the objectives of the promotional crew that has hijacked the company.

Comparing against the last couple of days of the P&D SCRC went thru last summer is akin to comparing apples and oranges. What we know from SCRC's own 10Q's is that SCRC's final payment to JOSEPH ZAMPETTI for his promotional services occurred on 7/11/13. What we also know is that MR, who was NOT engaged by SCRC the way JOSEPH ZAMPETTI and his "core" associates were, but rather hijacked SCRC, piled on beginning 7/11/13 -- BUT unbeknownst to JOSEPH ZAMPETTI or anyone else until we all had the benefit of hindsight later on, MR's play was short-lived. So drawing the conclusion you did based upon the price action of SCRC the last couple of days of the P&D campaign involves a lot of mental leaps that are not substantiated by the facts. All that this price discrepancy over the last couple of days of the P&D campaign tell us is that MR was clearly much better at promoting SCRC than JOSEPH ZAMPETTI and his "core" associates were.

And, yes, this was a P&D by both ZAMPETTI and MR. By definition, every promotion is. REMEMBER: "promoting" a stock is synonymous w/the "P"-side of the equation. And there is no "P" w/o the inevitable "D". They are merely different sides of the same coin and are inseparable from each other.

In the case of SCRC's P&D last summer, the "D" side of the equation simply took a few months to fully play out as most investors/traders refused to believe that they were scammed, especially in light of all those forward-looking statements put out by SCRC that they were travelling to China in the summer and that they expected to have China regulatory approval and distribution deals signed by end of summer. And we all know that none of this came to fruition and that they NEVER even went to China until another fluff PR came out towards the end of OCT-2013 stating pretty much the same thing again.
