Funny this bogus PR came out right after the price dropped to half of what it hovered around at 5 cents. This is a good PR that even a hack like Steven may get new investors to believe his lies so he, Bill and cohorts can dilute more CCOP shares. So to all those that may have a shred of trust for Steven and Bill or to any new investors about to be swindled by those two..without a name of a research faculty, this PR is completely bogus and all the DHS malarkey is bunk, null and void. Make your own decisions based on your own research, but the history of this junk stock speaks for itself
