IBC, does NOT have to sell any shares in a hurry !

ANYTHING can go on as long as it is voted in favor by a majority of Board of Directors
even if IBC holds FROZ common shares.

If you were IBC guys, would you sell shares BEFORE the merger ??? ..... LOL


We will see tomorrow if VFIN will show up in any meaningful way !


IMHO, VFIN could be done , with whatever they were doing,
as demonstrated with a nice run on Friday to 27,
with VFIN showing up only briefly in early afternoon .......
