DD Summary - 8K's and PRs


Lots of new investors and I thought the 'youngbloods' in here could use a heads-up of where to find some of the DD here on the forum. These are relevant to understanding what the current direction of GrowLife is, by interpreting the SEC filings and PR's themselves. No spin... or at least as little as I can manage because honestly doing all this DD left me with a very positive impression of PHOT going forward. Looking at the 'reply's' may also help, as generally questions are answered to my best ability.

*This post will not touch the 'hot topic' debate of what FITX does and does not own. FITX CEO Chaaban insists that WP and AJOA hold the interest of FITX in trust, and that the PHOT 8k simply lists the individuals without designating them as trustees for FITX. That's an issue for FITX to clear up, this is the PHOT board... Bill states that PHOT will be releasing an amended 8k to show the 75% interest... it is indisputable GrowLife owns 25% of CEN Bio.
