lowtrade,
Thanks for the post on darkside trading. I knew the basic's of the darkside trade but this puts it in a better light and will be easier for me to identify when I see it again.
This brings me to a real question I have had for years and have never found a real answer for this action. Often after a big run up in share price, you will see a organized effort to run the price back down and into the ground. Like someone wants to kill or break the subject company. This is where you will see longs start ranting about off shore naked shorting. There are articles published on the web about this, but no way of knowing if it is fact or fiction. I know there is a reason behind the kill because you will see a few posters dedicated to posting 10 hrs a day and 7 days a week. I know some will get on the bandwagon because they are wanting to flip it again, while some lost money on the trade and feel they are getting even with the company by trying to trash it, but there is a bigger reason behind this kind of action. KMAG is a good example of a current battle between longs and the other side that wants to drive the company into the dust. Any input would be appreciated.
