Yes sir it does look that way to me.The V traded most all those shares for IBC they had to cover their expenses.Now IBC is happy,their affiliates are happy,FROZ is happy and soon APT group will be happy with their publicly trading vehical they have on the exchange and will not have to rely on "ANGEL INVESTORS"when they need funding for expansion because like it or not thats why companys trade on the stoock market-To be able to have access to money from us investors for expansion with out cutting into their basic profitss.A lot of investors never realize that dilution is gonna happen for a company to grow-other wise there would be no need too have investors.Why some think all dilution is bad I will never understand other than they are just ignorant of how a public buisness operates.Companys only stay private when they have an owner who recently retired etc.or wants to have some cash in pocket to use before they die.Take Facebook the guy finally sold -but not until the true value he could get from going public was realized and accepted by him in his heart that its time for a change......FROZ is on the VERGE of a major merger here..Hope everyone who reads this gets em at least a couple hundred thou or less since some is better than none... ; )
