ATYG - It's all worthy of a PR, I agree. However, he stated he wouldn't announce anything mid stream. Perhaps the Buy Back isn't complete yet. Perhaps the company hasn't fully decided on what way to clean up the share structure. Maybe he doesn't want to release information in pieces as info could be tied in with other info or developments. I think he's just waiting to release everything as a complete package with certainty.
