Jana was a huge bagholder in the Arcadia Resources wind down where operations were shuttered and the DailymedRx chunk was sold to Walgreens for squat. Could be some quid pro quo horsetrading going on behind closed doors to help Jana (or coerce WAG)in some gambit of restoration.

It could, too, just be an investment. We will probably never know, one way or the other. Jana is a BIG house with a lot of major holdings.
