Really? You fail to realize that CIRC owns the ingredients of the drink. CIRC only has the right to make, distribute and sell the drink with the Playboy bunny ears on it. Here's how I believe the legalities are going to play out. Playboy would be very wise to sever itself from the other defendants. And IMO give CIRC another 5 year extension. If they decide to sever the agreement after all these court proceedings, I believe Playboy will be paying punitive damages equivalent to 10-20 times CIRC's current market cap ($20-$40 million). Essentially Playboy could own CIRC if they just made a reasonable offer to buy the company instead of paying court costs and punitive damages. Makes a lot of sense. Now the other defendants will all get stiff punitive damages, especially Jimmy Esebag and his licensing group and Redi FZE and their CEO Ron Coopersmith! The lawyers even said they would be violating an exclusive agreement they already with CIRC! I believe these judgements will be coming in very soon and one after another. Next court date with Playboy will be 8-0. 2014 is going to be a GREAT year for CIRC and it's investors!
