I'm just speculating............they increased the A/S to 1.5 billion in January I believe. It seems very strange that they would increase it again so soon in March. One would think they would have raised it to 3.5 billion right away in January if they were going to use all the shares to just clean up the balance sheet. I still think the second increase is going to be used for something else.
