I agree with you. I have been saying for 6 months that the entire sector is solid. I actually think you are in good shape with WAG, CVS or RAD... just in better shape with WAG. The impact of the ACA is just starting to be felt; there's plenty more to come, and it's all good! Then you have the retirement of gazillions of baby boomers all kicking into high gear.

The challenge to Caremark will be if or when a Congressional inquiry begins to challenge the cost tiers in the healthcare pyramid and someone does a cost-to-benefit analysis of PBMs. That could be years away, but it could come sooner if Hilary Clinton attains the Presidency in 2016. If a cost tier gets taken out, which actually needs to happen, PBMs are the cheap seats in PAC money at risk compared to Big Pharma and Healthcare Insurers, if you get my drift. In this context, guess who the odd man in the middle might be that finds no chair left when the music stops?

But, for the moment, the band plays on.
