ddm1082 just because a company doesn't pay OTCmarkets (scam service) $5k per year to keep a silly stop sign away means little. The OTC markets. com attracts the wrong kind of investors. It a service that caters to dilution machine stocks. The stop is very effect tool to get $5k from dilution machine companies. The guys that buy dilution shares stay away from companies with the stop sign. HSCC has no dilution and no need to pay OTC markets a dime. Don't ever expect to see the stop sign removed from HSCC on OTC markets. The info they have is all out of date. Even the share structure is wrong as it was wrong at the reported date in 2010. How do I know this? Because I have been checking the share structure with the Only reliable source the Transfer Agent since 2006. HSCC share structure has remained the same for the last 5-6 years.

Here it is. The same 58mil float. What has change in the last 5 years was the 75% reduction of the AS from 1 bil to 250mil.(about 2-3 years ago) A very strong signal that they aren't in the business of diluting shares. What they are in the business of is MJ compliance. They only stock in the market that provides security/surveillance and compliance services to the MJ industry.

HSCC Share Structure
As of 1-31-14
?Authorized Shares 250,000,000
OS 190,525,065
Float 58,419,318
Restricted 132,105,747

FWIW I have heard the stupid OTC market argument all the way from .0050. Investors that relies on OTC markets for dd tend to be newbies or a rather clueless bunch IMO. The only thing the site is good for is TA contact info and rs/remorph info. The other info is only as good as the source that updates it. The company paying the $5k.

The 3 iffy prs you are talking about.

"We are on track to meet and exceed our 2014 projections for a continued profitable core business and explosive growth in the MJ sector."

What part of profitable is iffy?
The financials for years 2010-2012 were posted on the Homelandsecuritycorporation website investor pg last spring. They were profitable all 3 years. They get the 2013 financials posted fairly soon I'd expect.

"HSC's primary focus in the past several months has been on the formation of key alliances with the top MJ companies laying the ground work to be on the leading edge of a rapidly advancing MJ industry, while helping our customers achieve their unique vision of success."

"We are currently working with several MMJ/MJ facilities in CO, CA and WA which will be announced in the coming weeks.

The second pr creates a MJ division, HSC Surveillance under Homeland Security Corporation separating the core business of mostly Fortune 500 conservative customers from the MJ stuff. Logical thing to do. Especially when those customers keep you profitable, don't you think?

The third pr announces Cannaproposals the first of the alliance companies HSCC is working with.

Stand by for more announcements in the coming weeks. You won't find anything hanging out on OTC Markets.

As far as the chart goes. HSCC broke above the blue sky level of .07-.08 ran to .16 pulled back tested and based above the blue sky level. There was some profit taking of long term shareholders. These were shareholders that bought below a penny years ago and held them. They sold some of their shares and now are riding free shares. From the NOBO list in 2010 we learned that 15 shareholders owned 36mil of the 58mil shares. Some of those made it back into the tradeable float. The new shareholders bought the majority of those shares above the .08 level. Now HSCC has a healthy new base from those shareholders. The price will move back up because of ZERO DILUTION as more of the alliance companies are announced. This is not your diluted POS pot stock you are use to owning.

HSCC is an low float lock down momentum value play. What will happen next?

Volume increase Big buy volume increase.

You figure out what will happen to the pps when the volume goes from 2 mil to 20 mil then 60mil.
