365 days - 1 year for LTCG
less than 1 year gets taxed as STCG
Your tax bracket determines the amount you get taxed, your annual income determines which tax bracket your in.
For LTCG your tax will be 0%-20%
STCG gets taxed as regular income 10%-39.6%
