Garyst I am trying to take good notes now. I remember you have explained this before, but.

"Some of the key things I look at when entering a play is the # of outstanding shares (higher it is the harder it is for the pps to rise without large volume)the spread between the Bid/Ask (the greater the spread the more risky), what the past 10 day average volume is and is the current level decreasing or increasing off of that. Those are some of the main things to look for."

Lets just say I am looking at Gncc.

Outstanding shares: 6.25 billion How many are to many?

what is A/S (Authorized Shares)

Low float: Is the amount of outstanding minus how many shares are not common stock or owned by insiders? I think you said less than 300 million. How do you get this information? I tried looking around and could not find.
