It's a pain to break it down into individual pages for posting, but I have posted the complete motion on scribd for anyone who wants to take a look.

An interesting note, Horizon clearly is of the opinion that Cereplast has no operating revenue and that Horizon does not intend to extend further funding to Cereplast.
