What exactly is your point? Big Boy Ex Cop Chapin is in fear for his life in a room filled with mainly retirement-aged investors? Seriously??

BOD demonstrates its lack of fear of stockholders by continuing to stumble, promise and not deliver while attempting to deflect attention by misdirection.

More importantly, no attention to detail, quality or timeliness is paid with respect to communication to stockholders whether or not via MDMN's inept (if it actually exists, for that matter) "Investor Relations" function.

BOD obviously feels it can continue to bungle and dilute with impunity, with the occasional sprinkling of "gifts" or "yuletide reflections" to keep the pack at bay.

No JV yet, but we have a better offer in our pocket? Thank you, JJ, may I have another!!!

Then again, maybe you are ON TO SOMETHING! Maybe they should be afraid? What is a better motivator than fear?
