I especially like, "unless voting in favor of a proposal " ..... !!!!!!!!!
THAT tells me that we are good to go ! with a low floater even with IBC's shares

and that IBC does NOT have to rush to sell shares !!! and that they WON'T !!!!

They would be stupid if they would.
The PPS will be in the pennies once the merger with MotoVox is announced !
