Funny thing about JVs, there can be several of them at the same time. Sigma doesn't have to be "the one".

Sometimes there's way too much reading between the lines done by folks.

I'll tell you what I feel very comfortable with:

- the Greg Morris youtube video which was done in September and Sigma was at the bottom of the slide and called out specifically. That is significant. September isn't too long ago.
- the most recent grant
- certainly there are several other positive points

The following is what I have a little bit of trouble with:

- deform and thermal are still in beta
- # of OS
- size of the company, I know MC announced plans to expand with the most recent offering but only time will tell how it plays out and what those specifics are

They could also be ripe for a buyout.
