the chances of a r/s for anything good at this price point has to be dim at best. There would be no good reason unless they already applied for uplisting and NEED the r/s to help qualify and there would be news about this. Anyone who does one now and justifys it by saying that " we are trying to attract new investors", meaning ones of the larger caliber, is just blowing smoke and did the r/s for the usual crappy reasons which is just to prop up the price and let the market bring it back down again. The share structure doesn't justiy it, if anything they should do a forward split for acquisitins. There have been a few stocks that do an r/s from these levels, and over time, have remained at that level or greater. I am keeping my position for the time being unless this thing tanks, then the r/s is probably going to happen........
