I think the O/S will show very little dilution now. This was a strong MMM to shake more shares so as to cover the NSS with real/valid shares.

I would suspect the T/A and S.W. will now draft a PR to address the wild roller coaster ride and confirm that the O/S is virtually the same as it was in January...2.5 Billion.
