$XXII and Uplisting

Much discussion about this following the recent PR.

NASDAQ: According to PR and my follow-up, the Company meets all of the other criteria under the NASDAQ Equity Standard, except for share price requirement.

A $3+ close on Tuesday would achieve the 5 consecutive days of $3 closing price requirement under the Equity Standard. NASDAQ stated they are holding the application until Company meets share price criteria.

Would it be safe to assume that NASDAQ would then take the Company's application "off of hold" and begin assessment immediately following a qualifying Tuesday close?

NYSE: Application to be submitted after NYSE committee reviews the Company and issues clearance letter. Committee Review scheduled for Thursday February 20th, and $XXII believes it already meets all the NYSE requirements.

Upon clearance, I would expect a formal NYSE application to be submitted by the Company the following week.

Anyone care to share some insight Re: how long it usually takes for a response to come back (NASDAQ or NYSE either) after a formal application is submitted, assuming all criteria are met?

Never been in a stock that uplists from the OTC to a major exchange before, so I'm a bit green to the timelines. Responses are appreciated.
