It's called people learn from their mistakes. Besides, they have a pretty impressive board of directors with a certain someone a part of it. I believe the pps would already be above a penny if it wasn't for the A/S increase. The market has already reacted to the increase, hence why we are still sitting under a penny. We should have some good news coming up, including IP grant news. Just like I've stated before, even worst case scenario, all 3.5 billion shares are traded in the open market and we have a $100m market cap (assuming IP grant acceptance figured in - I think that's a pretty conservative market cap considering all debt would be cleaned off the balance sheet, if we're figuring all shares have been sold in open market, and regenerative industry is estimated to be 12 billion dollar industry), the pps would still be approximately at .03 cents. That's a pretty large increase and chance for growth compared to what we're sitting at right now pps.

Besides, if they sell all the shares in the open market, even though dilution would occur, the overall market value of the company would have to increase considering we would have clean slate balance sheet and cancel out some of the dilution.

Why do you keep assuming that the increase in A/S will all be sold in the open market right away. Could be used for partnerships, or could be given as restrictive shares.

You don't think news will move a sub penny stock that much? Haha now that's funny!
