the .28/share for MOY's 2% royalty is final value - this would be much less for net present value - which is what one must use to value this company today. of course i have not written off botwood bay - its just that i find that there are a LOT of good values in the marketplace of companies that have REAL deposits that i dont see the need to chase moonshots in raw explorers. i liked MOY before they sold ntotoroso - its just that after the market didnt react i decided to arb the situation - the market is not always right. ill take a sure double on a value play (im not saying that MOY is a sure double) than a moon shot on a greenfield exploration any day. HOWEVER if we do get a dividend of .80 worth of NEM/share of MOY then ill sell the NEM and keep the MOY for its moonshot value in the botwood basin as well as exploration possibilities in Ghana.
