My fear is only because of their attachment and possible repurcussions to PHOT. I almost jumped on their cheap share bandwagon, but too many red flags. Read the article in the link below, and google "Randy Hamdan," who owns 8% of CEN Biotech. These are just a couple of bothersome things that I hope don't end up biting PHOT in the butt. His facebook presence with pictures of snow removal are inadequate proof that I am worrying for nothing. Others have brought up concerns as well.
