Yea, that makes alot of sense. Like you said, they met their obligation by releasing the new shares to the old owners, now it's time for them to move on with business and hopefully us old farts will sell off, make a few dollars, and count our blessings that we didn't get screwed in the merger but giving us nothing at all. My shares converted last week, been thinking about letting it go and chaulk it up for experience. I have been told by the etrade people that when these penny stock companies talk about mergering it's like playing dice on a Reno crap table.....Take the "RISK" and roll the dice. Thinking that selling off before merger is a better bet.
