Hum:
When one signs an employment letter with a public company, and by signing that employment agreement, agrees to all the Cdex terms in it, should that ex employee be held accountable to the agreement he signed? Of course, the agreement has language that must be honored once he is no longer employed as well.
And once the record so states with direct evidence that he did not honor that employment agreement, exactly what consequences would you go after on that ex employee, if you were the current CEO of Cdex?
Or, if you were a private placement shareholder, and an ex employee of Cdex was not adhering to his signed agreement, what might you do?
