KNOW, then you just don't know. Which is exactly the position that those who bash Cdex, the stock price, and those who work there are all about. The post of the bashers are full of lies and deception.
They could care less about the shareholders, all they want is for Cdex to go bankrupt. Hum, what type of person wants 1000's of shareholders to lose the chance to get something back?
And because these bashers lie each and every day on this Cdex board, any potential investor ( defined as a market buyer ) has a real hard time giving the company a fair risk assessment of Cdex.
One acts as though they have either no business sense or very limited. It is very common to have a product or products ready to go to end user, who in returns has a beta testing clause that gives them X amount of time to use the product, without the contract commitment starting. It is also very common for this time frame to be long in length.
What is an obvious fact is that Mr. Brumfield DID NOT lie in open court as you say he did.
You speak often of how the ex CEO Mp is the true boss of Mr. Brumfield. Yet, you have never offered one thread of evidence that proves such a lie. This year will mark four years in the CEO seat for Mr. Brumfield, and yet NOT one peep has Cdex heard from Mp, nor has there been one filing concerning Mp.
It is also my understanding that you have never stepped one foot in the Tucson office, never shook hands with Dr. Poteet, or ever had a face to face talk with Mr. Brumfiled. Yet, you post and post and post lies every day concerning Cdex Inc and those who work there.

Dr. Poteet answered every SEC question during the Loch days, and every FBI question, as well as the Arbitrator's questions, and NOT once did the SEC or FBI ever have one issue with Dr. Poteet or his pages and pages of facts that he presented. Then comes the arbitration, and wow, once again, Dr. Poteet's notes were found to be without question, and so convincing, that he not only won the arbitration, but was given a 300% award because his "FACTS" overwhelmed the lies of Mp.
Yes, Dr. Poteet has been on the seen for a long time. And his willingness to answer every question asked of him, and to provide clear and concise backup of those answered questions, is why he is believed by all who encounter him.
Just a very simple fact of record, that cannot be disputed.
