On the surface, that makes sense. But just below the surface, Hany looks as though he is the entire company. He has been involved with Rudana, Falek Holdings. Is Capital Trust Holding AG just a shell company to move money through? Are there other deals cut that we don't know about? Why wasn't there a filing back in December when all this occurred? Why fund something at 4cents a share when it is trading at 2cents?

I hope the answer to this last question is because you are confident that the company is going to do well and you stand to profit. I am long here and am willing to wait and see how it all plays out. There just are more questions than answers at the moment.
