I hear what your saying, and in my post I
stated a buyback would be an option.
I truly believe they will be in a financial
position to do so.

I am saying if they were to do an r/s late next
year or year after, I think the pps would
rebound, because of their financial strength.
They could do both a buyback and r/s, who
knows, that is a long ways away.

In two to three years, they quite possibly
be in a position to uplist as well.
I am very Bullish on PHOT and their future.
