I guess they are making good money to sustain a 1000 employee payroll, employer taxes and benefit costs, which should cost them at least $120M a year assuming an average salary of $60K a year.

Great that you plan to visit their office, be sure to update everyone. Try and meet Mark Vitcov their CFO and check with him what's going on.
