I agree. Nice to see a .0019 close. Based on what still needs to be done from what I hear though I am not anticipating this being a done deal by March. I am a CPA and audits generally take longer than that plus an agreement on the DIAAF shares still need to be worked out. If I were to bet on it I would say 2nd quarter of 2014. Praying nothing goes wrong with audits and share exchange and hoping it happens sooner than Q2 of course.
