Etrade question. I got my new Etrade account, and I am pretty excited about using it eventually. Thanks to all the help here. I need to get it funded.
For trading platforms.
Etrade 360 is the basic web based platform. no frills, but good enough. I don't think there is a L2? but it does stream live quotes.
MarketCaster I finally got it to work but markets are closed. Looks like it opens up as a App and uses java. Is it free? does anybody like it? not sure if you can see L2 or not?
ETrade Pro looks like the shizat, I can try for three months free, but I am waiting to get a decent amount of funds in it to get the best bang for the buck. Looks like it cost $99/month. But if you trade 10 trades a month it is free. I don't think now I trade 10 trades a month, but now that I have the ability to flip faster because I don't have to worry about funds clearing it might be possible?
I use Scott Streaming quotes which is nice for me as it opens as a App with a lot of nice widgets (different apps that open up from it).
I try and be stealthy at work and have it open and can look at the streamer ribbon. I have a flexible office environment but try not to be obvious, I am sure some know I trade.
