The hearing to ether rehear the rehearing or to schedule the rehearing was last Thursday the 13th...

Treaty lost. And yes, this was ALL avoidable despite the BS in the Treaty newsletter. All they had to do was comply with the TRRC Regulations.

A huge red Flag.

Treaty can never admit to being wrong and always has somebody else to blame... Heritage Oil's operator Extreme Operating got a TNR 91.114 Flag on it's P-5 very shortly after Treaty said they sold them the interest in the McComas lease. Once that Flag showed up they would have known the lease could not be transferred. They also tried to circumnavigate the respocibilitys of plugging the Barns lease by claiming they transferred the lease to US. Fuels. It was all lies. It came out in the Hearing also that Treaty was falsifying production reports for the Barnes to the TRRC as well. Another huge red flag...


Treaty has known about all these issues for a very long time.
