Thought it was too late in after hours trading for any news, good or bad to be announced,, so I decided to place a buy at 3.75 when it was around 4.40.

Lucky it got filled and I made a decent amount rather quickly.

I think they will get approval with conditions. Straight out approval is too optimistic in my opinion.

If they get approval with conditions, I am sure it will tank to the low 3s or 2s, if so I will add.

If the conditional approval is not too restrictive CHTP will be targeted as a takeover by end of year IMO.

Sucks that we have a extra long weekend to wait.... GLTA.
