Something smelling fishy.



The SEC really needs to investigate CHTP and the CEO ASAP.
It's pretty obvious that the CEO and management at the company withheld this FDA weather delay information from the shareholders so management or their buddies could capitalize on the panic selling in after hours trading today. The CEO and management at the company were well aware of the weather delay several hours before they released the news. Anyone who looks at this closely can see that there was foul play involved here today.
