This news was released close to 3pm EST, correct? I'm surprised it didn't have a bigger effect on the sector with an hour of trading left.
It seemed to me like this was a big obstacle holding back the sector, maybe investors just need some time over the weekend to digest it? Again would have expected more of a spike up, sector wide, than what I saw.

My timing could be off as I was at work, so maybe news was released later than I thought.
