I don't know, but I am selling now.
Not one Form 144 (or whatever they file) to show that ANYone within the company has acquired any more shares as they stated they would. Yet, another broken promise (or what shareholders would put in the category "promises").
Unione, where is that deal that was supposed to close by the tenth? At first I thought this PR was an announcement of Unione closing. Another missed projection.
And price continues to go down. And they are just figuring on how many of my shares they are going to take back with that great maneuver called a RS. Let's just take it to another exchange. New investors, better investors, new funding to get ahold of.
Well, I'd say they are better investors than a bunch of longs that have waited over a year for their share price to appreciate, or just STOP DEPRECIATING!
Kind of like a band of gypsies that spend time in a town getting all the townspeople to buy into purchasing their wares, and then, when everyone in that town becomes aware that they are not going to get anything beneficial from purchasing said wares, they just move along to the next town full of FRESH NEW people, or should I say move along to the next exchange with fresh, NEW investors.
Now, I WILL buy back, and I WAS of the belief that NMKT does not want me to, because they want us shareholders that remember what they have let us down on to disappear into the woodwork; just take our losses, leave our money with them and GET OUTA HERE. (This has changed a bit since a recent conversation with Lutz - they really do want us to stay around and see our investment appreciate when it does. So the rest of this comment is tempered with a new trust in the company, but I still wanted to let out my frustations again.) Just pack our bags and not give them any hastle about how disappointed we are with what they have done with our trust. This will allow them to work their magic unencumbered, without having to answer to any old promises or history - WIPE THAT SLATE CLEAN, and don't answer to those that you owe an answer to for past history. Just delete all that old history. Heck, they have got NEW, FRESH investors to work on now with their new AMEX listing - They'll treat those investors better and not make as many mistakes or missed promises - MAYBE. THOSE NEW INVESTORS will be the ones that count, so THAT is the time to buy back in - when you can be in the pool of NEW, FRESH investors.
However, people who have lost money on the previous missed promises and projections DO STILL have a memory. That history will stay with you even though you delete all the information pertaining to such.
